The school was built by Kano State Government in 2010 then established and became fully functional in the year 2012 sited in Bebeji town in order to fulfil one of the basic pre requisites in the guidelines for establishing school of health technology in Nigeria by CHPRBN of which at the moment the school is having an established community health department to run Diploma and Certificate in community health practice (CHEW& JCHEW), then followed by Health Information Management while effort to initiate more courses are in progress.
School of Health Technology Bebeji is mainly boarding located at Bebeji town of Bebeji local government. Bebeji LGA being in the North – South direction from Kano State capital – boardered with Madobi LGA by the North,Kiru LGA by the west, Tudun wada LGA by the South and in the East direction Garun-Malam LGA.
With an uninterrupted journey, an hour travel take a person to bebeji town i.e. about 76 kilometre travel. The School was located in the South direction along Bebeji – Kofa – Gwarmai link road, it neighbours the town police station and Hisba Islamic centre.The entrance gate is facing East direction just opposite Bebeji LGA INEC office
